305 – Beachfront Studio with Sea-View Balcony in Simpson Bay
A beachfront studio for two, right on Simpson Bay beach
Description
Honeymoon, anniversary or simply the week you have been promising each other for years: apartment 105 was made for that kind of trip. You will find it one floor above the beach at Dolce Beach Residence, a beachfront hideaway for two whose foundations meet Simpson Bay’s sand, so the sea joins the view the moment you draw the curtains.
Having a separate bedroom changes a holiday. The king-size bed sits in its own quiet room while the living area stays free for reading, music or a late glass of wine. The kitchen has an oven and all the equipment you need, which makes a slow dinner at home just as tempting as going out. One bathroom and an extra guest toilet complete the layout.
Being on the first level means the beach is almost within reach of the balcony. After dinner, the sound of the surf carries up, the lights of the boats flicker across the bay, and a walk along the shoreline is only a minute away.
Down on the beach, the shared pool invites slow afternoon swims together. One of you fancies a workout while the other lingers in bed? The shared gym offers a cool interior and an open-air section facing the water. As for the lobby, its team greets couples on arrival and is never far away.
The concierge can book a sunset sail, plan a snorkelling trip, reserve a table for a special dinner, organise a rental car or have a taxi meet you at the airport.
Beach bars, restaurants, marinas and grocery shops are a pleasant walk from the door. Landing at Princess Juliana means you are here within a quarter of an hour, and Maho Beach is a short hop. For a quieter afternoon for two, drive over to the little coves of Mullet Bay and Cupecoy. Philipsburg deserves a day of its own, as does Marigot on the French side.
Check-in opens from 4 pm onward and we ask couples to hand the apartment back by 11 am when leaving. Sheets and fluffy bath towels are provided, with Wi-Fi throughout.
