Studio 305 at Dolce Beach Residence: the beach on your doorstep
Studio 305 is on the third level of Dolce Beach Residence, a beachfront building set directly on the sand of Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Saint Martin. You leave the lobby, walk a few metres and your feet are in the water. For a couple who came to the Caribbean to swim, read and watch the sea change colour, it is hard to be better placed.
An open, easy space for two
The studio is one bright room with a king-size bed, a sitting corner and a kitchenette. It is designed for easy living rather than elaborate cooking: fresh fruit in the morning, a salad at lunch, and in the evening one of the many restaurants and beach bars along the bay, all within walking distance.
The balcony, your favourite room
From the third level you are close enough to hear the waves and high enough to see across the whole bay. Breakfast, an afternoon nap in the shade, a drink at sunset: most of the day happens out here.
Life at Dolce Beach Residence
The residence has a shared pool laid out right on the beach, so you can switch from salt water to fresh water whenever you like. There is also a shared gym with an indoor room and an outdoor area facing the sea, and a welcome lobby where the team looks after your arrival and any request during your stay.

Our concierge team can arrange your airport transfer by taxi, a rental car, a boat trip or a restaurant booking. Just ask before you arrive or once you are settled in.
Simpson Bay around you
Simpson Bay is one of the liveliest areas of the island: marinas, restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets are a short walk away. Princess Juliana International Airport is about ten minutes by car, Maho Beach and its famous landing planes about eight, and the beaches of Mullet Bay and Cupecoy a little further along the coast. Marigot, on the French side, and Philipsburg are both within easy reach for a day out.
