Behind the residence sits Simpson Bay Lagoon, one of the largest in the Caribbean: marinas, yachts, sunset sails, and flat water for paddleboarding or a first kite lesson.
Apartments and penthouses set up for a real stay
Each home is a proper base rather than a hotel room — an open kitchen, room to spread out, and a private balcony facing the water. Layouts run from one-bedroom apartments to larger penthouses, so it works whether you’re a couple away for a week or a family taking over a floor. Two nations, one short drive
Sint Maarten is French and Dutch at once, with no border to cross. Half an hour gets you to a lolo grill in Grand Case, the Saturday market in Marigot, or a lounger on Orient Bay. When you want a change of scene, day boats run to Anguilla, St Barts and Saba.
