Studio 505: halfway up, with the whole bay in front of you
Dolce Beach Residence stands right on the sand of Simpson Bay, a true beachfront address on the Dutch side of the island. Studio 505 sits on the fifth level, the point where the view stops being a glimpse of water and becomes the entire bay, from the marinas on one side to the open Caribbean on the other.
One room, nothing superfluous
Everything is gathered in a single light-filled space: a king-size bed, a comfortable spot to sit with a book, and a compact kitchenette for breakfasts and cold drinks. The idea is simple. You sleep well, you keep things easy, and you spend your evenings at the tables along the beach rather than behind a stove.
A balcony at the right height
High enough for the breeze and the long view, close enough to follow the swimmers and the boats. Late afternoon is when it really comes into its own, when the water turns from turquoise to deep blue and the sky starts to colour.
What the residence adds
Downstairs, the shared pool is laid out on the beach itself, so a dip in fresh water and a swim in the sea are never more than a few steps apart. Those who like to keep moving will find a shared gym, partly indoors and partly open to the sea air. The lobby team welcomes you on arrival and stays on hand for the rest of the stay.

The neighbourhood
Simpson Bay has plenty going on within walking distance, from waterfront restaurants and beach bars to supermarkets and marinas. Princess Juliana Airport is roughly ten minutes away by car, Maho Beach a short drive, and the quieter coves of Mullet Bay and Cupecoy are close by. Philipsburg and Marigot make easy day trips.
