201: a big family base on the second level
Apartment 201 is a generous three-bedroom home on the second level of Dolce Beach Residence; this beachfront building stands on the sand of Simpson Bay. Children can be in the water within two minutes of putting on their swimsuits, and parents never feel far from the action. For a large family that plans to spend most of each day between the pool and the sea, this level makes a lot of sense.
Space for three generations
Three bedrooms, each fitted with a king-size bed, and three bathrooms mean nobody queues in the morning and grandparents get a door they can close. A guest toilet near the living area saves trips down the corridor. The living room is wide enough for everyone to spread out after lunch, and the fully equipped kitchen handles pancakes for six or a proper grilled dinner without anyone feeling cramped.
Mornings on the balcony
Early risers get the best of it. From the second level you look straight over the pool towards the bay, coffee in hand, while the beach is still quiet and the water is flat and clear. Keep an eye on the little ones below while the rest of the house wakes up.
Pool, gym and lobby
Because the shared pool was built on the beach itself, it is easy to alternate between a swim in the sea and a rinse in fresh water. Teenagers and early-morning parents can use the shared gym, split between a covered space and an open-air patch in the breeze. Downstairs, the lobby team greets you and answers questions all week.
A hand from our concierge
Travelling with six is simpler when the logistics are handled. We can book a taxi large enough for everyone at the airport, a rental car, a snorkelling outing suited to children or a table for the whole family.
Around Simpson Bay
Supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and marinas are reachable on foot, handy for last-minute milk runs. Princess Juliana Airport lies around ten minutes away by road. Maho Beach is close by, while Mullet Bay and Cupecoy are good for a change of beach. Philipsburg and Marigot each deserve a day.
