Apartment 401: where the evening meal becomes the event
On the fourth level of Dolce Beach Residence, apartment 401 is a spacious three-bedroom home. The residence is beachfront, resting on the sand of Simpson Bay. From this middle floor the sea stretches out wide while the beach still feels close. It is a natural fit for two families travelling together, or parents with grown-up children who want to share dinners and keep their own space at night.
Three bedrooms and a real heart
Every bedroom has a king-size bed, the apartment has three bathrooms, and visitors have a guest toilet off the living area. The heart of the place is the big living room and its fully equipped kitchen: someone brings fish back from the market, someone else makes the salad, and the table fills up without anyone having to squeeze.
Dinner with the bay as a backdrop
As the day cools, the balcony is where drinks are poured. The fourth level gives a generous view across the water, and there is something very pleasant about watching the lights of the marinas come on while the conversation goes on well past dessert.
Days at the residence
Daytime belongs to the beach and to the shared pool, set right on the sand so parents can read in the shade while the children swim. The shared gym pairs an indoor room with an open-air area by the sea for a morning session before breakfast. At reception, the lobby team handles your arrival and any request along the way.

Tell us what the group needs and we arrange it: an airport pick-up by taxi, a car for exploring, a boat trip to snorkel the reefs, or a restaurant booking for a special night out.
Simpson Bay on foot
The neighbourhood has everything close: supermarkets, marinas, beach bars and a wide choice of restaurants. Allow about ten minutes by car for Princess Juliana Airport. Maho Beach is right nearby, Mullet Bay and Cupecoy are lovely alternatives, and a day in Marigot or Philipsburg makes a good change of rhythm.

Arrival is possible from 4 pm, and departure should happen before 11 am. Bed linen, bath towels and Wi-Fi are supplied.
