501: a fifth-level home for the trip worth celebrating
Set on the fifth level of Dolce Beach Residence, 501 is a spacious three-bedroom retreat. The building is beachfront, its feet on Simpson Bay’s sand; at this height the view opens across the whole curve of the bay. It is the kind of place people book for a milestone: a big birthday, an anniversary, three couples who finally found the same week off.
Three couples, three bedrooms
In each bedroom you find a king-size bed, and with three bathrooms every couple enjoys equal comfort and real privacy. There is also a guest toilet by the living room. Between the rooms lies a generous lounge, the spot for late conversations, and a fully equipped kitchen for a celebration breakfast or a relaxed dinner at home.

The balcony is made for the hour before dark. Pop a bottle, pull up the chairs and watch the sun sink into the Caribbean while the planes drift in over the water. Higher up, the breeze is stronger and the horizon looks endless.
Down by the water
By day, the lift takes you back down to beach level in no time. The shared pool is laid out directly on the sand, with the sea a few strides away, and the shared gym gives you a room indoors as well as a workout spot outside facing the bay. The lobby team is there from your first hello to your last question.

The neighbourhood
Around the residence you will find beach bars, restaurants, marinas and supermarkets, all walkable. Count roughly ten minutes’ drive to reach the airport. Maho Beach is close, Mullet Bay and Cupecoy are worth a morning, and Philipsburg and Marigot make fine day trips for shopping and a long lunch.
