Studio 605 at Dolce Beach Residence, made for golden hour
There are places where the sunset is a nice bonus and places where it becomes the daily appointment. Studio 605, on the sixth level of Dolce Beach Residence, belongs to the second kind. The building is beachfront, set on the sand of Simpson Bay, and from this height the sea fills almost the entire frame.
Designed for two
The studio is a single open room where a king-size bed, a lounge corner and a kitchenette share the space. It covers what a couple really uses on holiday: coffee in the morning, a light lunch, a bottle kept cold for the evening. Dinner is usually a short stroll away, at one of the restaurants or beach bars around the bay.
The evening ritual
Around five, the balcony takes over. Pull the chairs forward, watch the boats come back into the lagoon and let the sky do its show. From the sixth level the horizon is wide and uninterrupted.
Pool, gym and a helpful team
Mornings are for the ground floor. The shared pool sits right on the beach, and the sea is only a few steps further, so you can alternate as you please. The shared gym combines an indoor room with an outdoor area in the sea breeze. At the lobby, the team handles your welcome and any question that comes up during the week.

Getting around Simpson Bay
Restaurants, marinas, beach bars and grocery stores are all walkable from the residence. Count on a ten-minute drive to the airport; Maho Beach lies a little further along the road, and Mullet Bay and Cupecoy offer calmer beaches nearby. Philipsburg on the Dutch side and Marigot on the French side are each an easy outing.
Before you book
You can settle in from 4 pm and should leave the studio by 11 am on departure day. We supply linen, towels and a Wi-Fi connection.
