Studio 705: the highest point of Dolce Beach Residence
Studio 705 is on the seventh and last level of Dolce Beach Residence, whose beachfront setting places it on Simpson Bay beach. Nobody above you, the bay laid out below, and a sense of space that is hard to find on this side of the island. You get the height, yet the beach is only an elevator ride and a few steps away.
A quiet hideaway for two
The studio is one open space with a king-size bed, a small lounge and a kitchenette. It is perfect for slow mornings and simple meals, with the rest of the eating done in the restaurants and beach bars that line the bay.
The view from the top
From the balcony, you follow the day as it unfolds: the first swimmers, the boats heading out, the planes gliding towards the airport, then the long sunset over the water. On clear evenings the horizon seems to go on forever.
Down at beach level
When it is time to get wet, the shared pool waits right on the beach, with the sea just beyond. The shared gym offers an indoor room as well as an outdoor space facing the water, for anyone who likes to start the day with a workout. The lobby team welcomes you and is there for whatever you need during your stay.

Airport pick-up by taxi, a rental car, a snorkelling trip or a dinner reservation: the concierge can arrange all of it in advance or on the spot.
Simpson Bay and beyond
Beach bars, restaurants, marinas and supermarkets are all a short walk away. The drive to Princess Juliana Airport takes roughly ten minutes, Maho Beach is nearby, and Mullet Bay and Cupecoy are ideal for a change of scenery. For shopping or sightseeing, Marigot and Philipsburg make easy outings.
