Apartment 706 sits on the seventh and final level of Dolce Beach Residence, a building planted straight into the beachfront sand of Simpson Bay. It is a spacious two-bedroom with a generous living area and a view that takes in the bay from end to end.
A celebration-sized apartment
Birthdays, anniversaries, a reunion of old friends: this is a place that suits an occasion. Four guests sleep in a pair of private bedrooms with king-size beds, and with two bathrooms and a WC set aside for visitors, mornings run without friction. The living area is roomy enough to spread out, open a bottle and talk late. The fully equipped kitchen handles anything from a celebratory dinner to a lazy fry-up.
High up on the balcony
Nothing sits above you. From the balcony the sea stretches out towards the horizon, the planes drift in to land at the airport, and after dark the lights of the marinas trace the shore. It is the best seat in the building for a toast at sunset.
The shared spaces below
A quick elevator ride takes you to beach level, where the shared pool is laid on the sand beside the sea. The shared gym has space both inside and out in the salty air, and at the lobby a team is ready to welcome you and help during your stay.

What surrounds you
Simpson Bay wakes up at night; you can walk to its beach bars, its restaurants and its marinas, and stock up at the supermarkets. It is approximately ten minutes by car to Princess Juliana Airport. You are close to Maho Beach, and a quieter stretch of sand awaits at Mullet Bay or Cupecoy. Philipsburg and Marigot are worth a trip when you want a break from swimming.
