Apartment 708 is at the very top of Dolce Beach Residence, level seven, in a beachfront building whose base meets the Simpson Bay sand. By day the view is as wide as it gets. But it is after dark that this apartment really makes sense, which is why so many couples choose it to celebrate something.
After sunset
Once the sky has finished its colours, the bay turns into a ring of lights: the marinas, the anchored yachts, the hills beyond. With nobody above you and the sea breeze on the balcony, the stars come out over the water. Dinner outside, a bottle opened for the occasion, and nowhere else you need to be.
A private space for two
The king-size bedroom has its own door, away from the living area. A complete kitchen, oven and all, handles a celebration dinner cooked at home. Add a bathroom and a second, separate toilet for guests.

Mornings at beach level
Seven floors down, the day starts by the water. The shared pool sits on the beach itself, with the Caribbean just past it. The shared gym, indoors and outdoors, is there if you feel like it, and the lobby team is on hand from the moment you arrive.
Simpson Bay at your door
Walk out and you will find restaurants, marinas, supermarkets and beach bars. Count ten minutes or so for the airport run, Maho Beach close by, Mullet Bay and Cupecoy lovely for a lazy swim, and Philipsburg or Marigot easy for a day out.
Planning your stay
Arrive any time after 4 pm; on departure, the apartment should be empty by 11 am. Fresh sheets, towels and Wi-Fi are included.
